Kita tahu bahawa berfikir positif dalam apa sahaja adalah perkara yang akan membantu pencapaian kejayaan kita. Namun, seringkali fikiran negatif akan hadir dalam minda kita.
Disini ada satu latihan yang pasti akan membantu anda dalam berfikir positif.
Latihannya adalah, untuk 7 hari yang akan datang, paksa diri anda untuk berfikir dan bercakap mengenai perkara yang positif sahaja. Sekiranya perkara negatif terlintas, cepat - cepat ubahkannya menjadi positif.
Sekiranya anda berjaya dengan latihan ini selama 7 hari berturut - turut, anda akan dapati perubahan yang positif dalam cara pemikiran anda.
Adakah susah untuk berfikir positif setiap masa?
Terdapat dua jawapan. Bagi mereka yang sudah biasa dengan berfikir positif, cabaran 7 hari ini akan kelihatan mudah. Bagi mereka yang sering diganggu fikiran negatif, akan mendapati cabaran 7 hari ini agak susah ( ada sahaja fikiran negatif memasuki fikiran kita ).
Cara pemikiran manusia sama ada positif atau negatif adalah satu tabiat. Sekiranya anda sering berfikir positif, anda akan mengamalkan tabiat berfikir positif kebanyakan masa. Sekiranya anda sering berfikir negatif, tanpa anda sedar fikiran ini akan menjadi tabiat anda dan amat sukar anda menghindarinya.
Berfikir negatif akan selalu mengakibatkan kesedihan, kemurungan, bad mood, cepat marah dan hilang daya fokus kearah kejayaan.
Teruskan berfikir positif dan sekiranya fikiran negatif memasuki fikiran anda dalam masa 7 hari ini, cepat - cepat ubahkannya menjadi positif. Ini akan melatihkan anda mengamalkan tabiat berfikir positif.
Berita baiknya adalah, berfikir dan berkelakuan positif adalah berjangkit! Anda akan dapat melihat perubahan mereka disekeliling anda. Kalau tak percaya, cuba test try!
