Dalam pengurusan masa, kita sering tekankan untuk menyediakan senarai apa yang kita perlu buat. Kata mat salleh, "To Do List!" iaitu senarai segala kerja - kerja kita yang perlu kita buat. Apabila kita telah menyelesaikan tugasan tersebut, kita akan memangkahkannya dari senarai kita.
Berikut adalah contoh perkara - perkara yang membuang masa kita dan kita perlu berthenti melakukannya. Antaranya :
* menonton rancangan televisyen yang tidak penting
* bermain permainan video
atau apa sahaja rutin yang membuang masa. Jadi, binalah satu senarai baru iaitu "Stop Doing List".
Senaraikan segala tabiat membuang masa yang ada. Apabila kita telah menyenaraikannya, ia akan memberi kesan psikologi kepada diri kita dan kesedaran untuk kita hindarkan tabiat - tabiat membuang masa ini.
Cubalah. Semoga ia akan membuat kita menggunakan masa yang kita ada dengan sebaik – baiknya.
