1. Bau-bauan :
Anda tidak perlu minum kopi. Bau aroma akan membantu anda untuk berasa segar. Aroma minyak boleh membantu – eucalyptus atau mint. Setiap aroma yang kuat sekurang-kurangnya boleh digunakan untuk beberapa waktu membuat anda tetap terjaga.
2. Urut :
Ada beberapa teknik untuk sistem tubuh anda kembali segar. Urut di bahagian telapak tangan, muka dan kepala. Dalam masa sekejap, anda akan berasa segar dan aktif semula.
3. Cahaya :
Ketika keadaan gelap di sekeliling anda, satu isyarat akan membawa ke otak anda bahawa tidur adalah pilihan yang baik. Pastikan ada cukup cahaya di bilik anda. Pergi ke tempat terang atau banyak cahaya matahari untuk beberapa minit. Jika bilik anda tidak ada jendela, pastikan cahaya di sekeliling cukup terang.
4. Jangan duduk terlalu lama di kerusi :
Mengubah kedudukan di kerusi atau banyak berjalan akan mengaktifkan anda semula.
5. Makanan :
Jangan biarkan diri anda lapar. Jangan makan terlalu banyak. Makanan yang ringan lebih baik. Jika perut kenyang dan kepala anda berkabut dari tidur tidak cukup, ini merupakan suatu alasan untuk rasa hendak tidur.
6. Muzik :
Muzik boleh membuat anda tetap terjaga. Mainkan muzik yang mempunyai rentak 'up-beat' supaya anda lebih segar dan bermotivasi positif.
7. Berjalan - jalan :
Jika anda tidak boleh pergi ke luar, anda boleh berjalan-jalan di kawasan rumah sambil berinteraksi dengan ahli keluarga.
8. Air :
Minum air suam selalu untuk menyegarkan minda dan tubuh anda.
9. Bersihkan meja :
Jika anda masih tidak dapat menumpukan perhatian pada sesi belajar, buat sesuatu aktiviti yang bermanfaat seperti membersihkan meja. Dengan cara ini anda tidak akan hanya duduk diam sahaja. Meja yang bersih dan teratur mencerminkan imej positif. Anda sendiri akan berasa puas dan selesa serta mampu menggembirakan anda.
10. Tidur :
Rehat seketika dan tidur di meja anda. Tidur atau melelapkan mata selama 20 minit sudah mencukupi untuk menyegarkan anda.
